PVD Hi-Tech Coating Inc. developed Plasma Hard Film Strengthening technology (PHFS™)
This technology enables improved cleaning of the surface and activation of the substrate surface.
As a result the adhesion of the plasma assisted coating is excellent.

Our services include:

• - PVD coating of Solid Carbide, tool steel, High Speed Steel, Titanium, Aluminum, alloys;
• - low temperature ion plasma nitriding of tool steels (at temperature around 380...400° C);
• - plasma surface treatment and surface modification followed by PVD coating;
• - plasma stripping (no chemicals used) of any old PVD coatings from tools made of Solid Carbide, HSS, tool steels, Titanium;
• - old PVD coatings plasma stripping and PVD coating in one working cycle;
• - ion plasma sharpening of blades of various shapes;

Our proceses are relatively low temperature processes (350...400° C). We work with Solid Carbide, tool steel, HSS, Titanium, Aluminum and their alloys. We coat drills, end mills, punches, taps, dies, molds, stamps, and machine parts.
